Maple Popcorn

8 cups Popcorn (popped)
1 Tbsp. Butter
1 cup Maple Syrup

Put butter and syrup in pan and bring to a boil (do not stir). Boil to 270F on candy thermometer. remove from heat, and immediately pour over popcorn while stirring until coated evenly. Let stand 10 minutes to cool and harden. Enjoy! Note: Can add nuts as desired before coating with syrup.
