Maple Syrup Icing

| 1 cup fancy (light) pure maple syrup | 1 cup strong (dark) pure maple syrup |
Boil together until it threads when dropped from tip of a spoon. Pour slowly into three swiftly beaten egg whites, beating constantly until of spreading consistency. Enjoy!
